• How do I book your jumping castle hire?
To book simply phone Rowan or Leonie on 0427 845 100 message us via our Facebook Page “It’s Party Time Jumping Castles" or complete our On-Line booking form.
• What Happens on the party day?
On the day of your Jumping castle hire, we will attend to your home or party site and completely install the jumping castle. This includes a complete safety check. We will also take you through the operations of the castle and advise you in how to operate and supervise your children’s Jumping castle Party.
• How do I pay for the hire?
Cash on the day of Delivery perferred, or go to our payment option page If paying on the day could also have the correct change it would make it much simpler.
• What Size are your Castles?
Small require 4m x 4m area for set up, Medium require 5m x 5.5m, Jungle Slide requires 4.5m x 6.5m, and Surf the Wave requires 9m x 3.5m.
• What ages can go on your castles?
Our small party castles are suitable for children 8 years old and under, and our large are recommended for 12 years old and under. We do not provide castles that cater for any older persons.
• How much are your Jumping castles?

• What areas do you cover?
We cover a 40km radius from Shepparton. There will be an extra travel cost for distances more than 40ks away from Shepparton.
• Is there a weight limit?
Small castles are suitable for up to 8 children at one time (aged 8 and under) and our medium castles are suitable for up to 12 children at a time (aged 12 and under).
The party castles suit the average weight of the age groups.
• How high are your Jumping Castles?
Our castles range from 3.2 to 5.5 metres high
• Do you have Insurance?
For your public liability insurance requirments, please give us a call.
• Can it be set up on concrete?
Yes we can bring weights out to anchor it safely and safety mats. There would be an extra $20 charge for this.
• What power is required for the jumping castle?
A standard 10amp power point (240 volt) should ideally be available within 25 metres of the jumping castle.
• What happens if it rains?
We have rain covers for most of our castles. Kids don't usually mind getting a bit wet, adds to the fun. But we are very flexible and if your party day looks like having bad weather we will contact you the day before and give you the option of cancelling if you wish. There are no cancellation fes.
